Nick started this company at 21 with a beat-up trailer and a work ethic built from years on job sites. That hasn't changed. What has changed is the scope of what we build and the opportunity for the right people to grow with us.

Founder of Flip Flop Construction
I started building fences with my Dad's crew when I was 14. I've been on a job site every summer since.
Everything I know about this trade, I learned outside. Post depth matters. Shortcuts come back to bite you. You don't leave a fence until it's standing the way you'd want one standing in your own backyard. We don't stop until the job is finished and you are happy with the work.
