Construction Labourer

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working construction labourer to join the Flip Flop crew. This is a hands-on position across a wide range of projects — one day you might be helping pour a driveway, the next you're on a landscaping build or supporting a roof. If you're the type who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and doesn't need to be told twice, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with concrete pours, forming, and finishing on driveways and slabs

• Supporting framing, roofing, and exterior builds as needed

• Landscaping tasks including grading, sod, paver installation, and rock beds

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials on site

• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Following direction from the site lead and doing what needs to get done

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Reliable — shows up on time every day ready to work

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Some construction experience is a plus but the right attitude matters more

• Valid driver's licence preferred

• Willing to travel to job sites across Manitoba and Northern communities when required

• Comfortable working with a small tight-knit crew on a variety of job types

• Takes pride in the quality of what gets built

• Able to take direction and ask questions when needed
