Replacing Collapsed Sewer Sheds with Proper Roofing and Framing

In some of the northern communities we work in, sewer sheds are a critical part of how homes function through the winter. But too often, these sheds are built without proper framing, which leads to major problems.
We’ve been brought in to replace failing sewer sheds with leaking or collapsed roofs caused by incorrect structural work. These aren’t minor fixes. They’re full rebuilds.
The Work
We start by gutting the damaged sheds down to the frame. Many were originally built without the support needed to handle snow load or harsh weather. Once stripped, we rebuild them with corrected framing and proper structural reinforcement. Then we install new roofs designed to stand up to northern conditions and keep everything sealed tight.
This isn’t just about fixing a leak. These sheds protect something important: the systems that handle sewer waste and keep it from freezing during the winter.
Why It Mattered
The purpose of a sewer shed is to prevent waste lines from freezing in the cold months. If the roof fails or the framing gives out, that protection is lost. The result is often frozen lines, system failures, and unsafe living conditions.
By rebuilding from the ground up, we make sure these systems stay operational, safe, and protected all winter long.
Build It Right the First Time
We’ve seen what happens when corners get cut. Whether it’s a collapsed roof or failed framing, the cost of fixing it later is always higher. We believe in doing it right, even if it takes more time and planning.
If you’ve got failing infrastructure that needs a real fix, reach out. We’ll take care of it properly.
