Building a modular home and new foundation in north spirit

We were called to North Spirit to fix a modular home that needed proper support and a safe entry. The structure was sinking and needed to be relevelled, with a solid foundation and access points added.

We started by re-levelling the modular home to bring it back to proper height and alignment. From there, we built a new foundation to keep it stable long-term and added a sewer shed to support winter use and waste management.

To finish it off, we built a new deck with stairs to give the homeowner safe, solid access to their front door.

Modular homes rely on proper levelling and support. When they shift, everything from the doors to the plumbing can be affected. Without a foundation and sewer shed, the home wouldn’t hold up to winter or daily use.

Now it’s properly set, protected from the ground up, and has safe, usable access.

If you’re working with a modular home that needs re-levelling or foundation work, we can handle the full scope. From support to access, we make sure it’s solid, safe, and built to last.
